String Quartet

David
Witherspoon - cellist. David has been
cellist for many metroplex symphony orchestras
including The Arlington Symphony, The New
Philharmonic Orchestra of Irving, and The Denton
Symphony Orchestra. He freelances extensively in
area musical theater orchestras such as The
Garland Summer Musicals, The Plano Repertory
Theater, The Texas Gilbert and Sullivan Company,
Irving Lyric Stage, Watertower Theater, Denton
Light Opera, and Quad C. Theater. David also has
extensive experience with organizing and
performing with professional wedding ensembles
(quartets, trios) and other larger-scale
chamber music productions. David is heavily
involved with promoting the arts in the DFW area.
He is founder of Cooperative Arts News, a board
member of Chamber Music International and
President of Pro Musica Chamber Music. David is
the resident librarian for the group and is
dedicated to assuring that the repertoire is
fresh, extensive, exciting and always meets the
clients needs.

Kristen Keith Violinist since the age of
twelve graduating from Richardson High School as
concert master and featured soloist she has been
first place in many classical music Competitions
in the USA & Abroad. Kristin, who was also a
member of the SMU Conservatory Orchestra, where
her outstanding playing won her the first-place
winner in the conservatory's concerto competition
in 1996. She has a Music degree from Southern
Methodist University, performed in both the
Meadows Symphony Orchestra, the Meadows Chamber
Orchestra, member of the Irving Symphony Orchestra
since 1993, member of the Plano Symphony
Orchestra since 1997. Since 1999, Kristin has been
teaching private violin and viola lessons in
various school districts throughout the Metroplex.
Nathan Frick
(violin, University of North Texas) has
performed for over 20 years in quartets,
orchestras, and contemporary groups. As a
student, he performed with the GOODIE and
Interlochen Symphonic Orchestra. He has been a
member of several Dallas area symphonies,
including the Richardson Symphony, and often
is enlisted as soloist at local churches.
Expressive and proficient, Nathan performs on
a vintage Italian violin. Has been playing
with Margaret .and her harp for over 6 years
in duos, trios, and quartets across the
metroplex.
Bo Dong, violist, Born in Beijing China,
Bo began playing the violin at the age of
four. After being accepted to the most
prestigious music conservatory in China at age
eleven, she began to take an interest in the
viola. In 1991, she came to the United States
to attend the famous Crossroads school for
Arts and Sciences, receiving a full
scholarship. Bo has a Bachelor of Music
degree
from USC in Southern California.
Bo has performed on stage with country music
sensation, Trisha Yearwood and superstar
phenomenon, Josh Groban. She has also
participated in orchestral performances
conducted by Zubin Mehta and Michael Tilson
Thomas. In 1998, Bo appeared in an MTV video
featuring Ms. Yearwood and Boyz II Men.
She has performed in concert halls across the
United States including the Dorthy Chandler
Pavilion and Royce Hall in L.A. and the
Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, Texas.
Bo is currently attending the Meadows School
for the Arts at the Southern Methodist
University in Dallas, Texas under the tutelage
of Barbara Hustis. She will graduate with her
masters degree in music performance in 2005.
