A check will be accepted for Deposit but remainder of fees must be paid  in
cash or certified check. Unfortunately, this is due to some circumstances in
the past. Therefore, thank you for taking care of this before wedding is
performed. Once signed below, no changes can be made in this agreement, and
it cannot be canceled.  In the event that the undersigned wishes to cancel
the performance or that the performance cannot take place through no fault
of "Musician"; by reasons other that those state about the undersigned
remains liable for the total amount above.  If the "Musician" for some
reason such  as death, sickness, or accident beyond their control:
"Musician" will offer to book another Musician if that is not possible all
monies received will be returned to "provider"  This contract is therefore
considered by both said parities to be legal and binding in accordance to
the conditions set forth herein.
